Important Information Regarding Shipments and Delivery


Quoted delivery times on your order summary page are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.


The recent pandemic continues to have a 'ripple effect' on shipping and delivery practices on many levels, including those of our vendors, manufacturers, and delivery providers. In addition, last year's scenario saw many individuals and families becoming more engaged in outdoor activities which increased overall demand for outdoor products.


Nevertheless, all our warehouses and retail locations are extremely busy as they work tirelessly to ensure our outdoor customers continue to get the products they need, in the time they need them.


Your patience as we work through these challenging times is very much appreciated!



When will I receive my order ?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Please allow 1-3 Business Days for your order to be shipped (with up to 6 business days at peak times). Due to the popularity of our offers the average Standard Delivery Time is 3 - 14 business days. Christmas season is the busiest time of the year, therefore, delivery time frames may increase up to 20 calendar days. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.


I have not received my full order ?

If your order contains multiple items, these may be dispatched from different locations at different times, and so you might receive more than one parcel. The items in each parcel will be listed on the invoice found inside the package. But don’t worry, this won’t change the delivery fee you paid for your order.


Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes, if your order has been set via a trackable service, you’ll be able to see its status. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email direct from our warehouse once your order has been sent; simply click here to track your order. If you are having trouble locating your tracking information then please contact our Customer Care Team.


Why haven't I received any tracking information?

If you haven't received your tracking information yet, be sure to check your spam/junk inbox as sometimes it can land there. Otherwise, if the wrong email was entered when placing your order, email our customer service team at customersupport@maysala.com and we'll help you out.

What do I do if I need to update my delivery address?

We may be able to help you if it's not too late!

Please note, if the order has been processed it will be too late to change any information.


Can I cancel, update or edit my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order if it has already been processed.

Please note, if your order is in transit, Maysala will be unable to provide any refunds or credit until the product has been returned.

Once you have received your order you may lodge a return request (additional shipping fees may apply).


What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

If you aren’t in when your order arrives then there is no need to worry as our carriers usually try to deliver your items more than once. Alternatively, they will leave a card confirming they have either left it with a neighbour, stored it in a safe place, when they will attempt to deliver your order again or give you details on how to collect it. We would ask for you to arrange for someone to be in when your parcel is due as we may need a signature to confirm receipt.
